Business Development Executive
Crew HR is a cloud payroll and hr software for small and medium businesses in Kenya.
We are looking for a results oriented business developer to join our team.
Responsibilities
-Prospect new business opportunities for our SaaS product;
-Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships.
-Arrange and lead product demonstrations;
-Develop quotes and proposals for clients;
-Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;
-Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads;
-Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team;
-Increase the sales of Crew Hr
-Identify new partners and negotiate first-of-their kind business and technical opportunities.
-Track, analyze, influence, and communicate key metrics to build opportunities and experiences that create scale and meaningful ecosystem value.
Qualifications
1.At least 2 years experience in software sales. Added advantage if you have worked in selling software as a service.
2.Bachelors Degree in business related course or BBIT
3.Good Communication skills,able to make presentations with confidence.
4.Good getter and can work under minimum supervision to deliver and achieve set goals.

-Gross Salary: Ksh 30,000-40,000 Based on Experience Plus Commissions.
