Our client is seeking to engage talented individuals for the position of Customer Care Executive
Duties
• Respond to customer enquiries and respond to customer complains through emails and phone calls.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers upon request.
• Resolve customer complain through phone.
• Welcome walk-in customers.
• Build a sustainable relationship with customers.
• Give regular reports.
• Effectively multitask and manage time effectively to conclusively assist customers.
Qualifications required for the job
• Bachelors’ degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in customer care.
• Experience in warehousing.
• Demonstrate excellent customer orientation skills.
• Must be computer literate.
